Baked Peach Dessert
Bake half a peach in the oven and top with a scoop of Wolf Meadow Farm ricotta cheese, drizzle with maple syrup and garnish with sweet basil.
Sweet Honey Treat
Using raw honey, a pinch of sea salt, and toasted mixed nuts (pistachios, pine nuts, walnuts, pecans, almonds, and hazelnuts or whatever you like) combine in a cup with Greek yogurt or ice cream!
Chop up a bowl of radishes and mix with thyme, chives, oregano, fresh garlic, and olive oil. Roast in the oven and use to top on a salad. Combine with other local veggies--carrots, tomatoes, and beets.
